Guests will love to munch on these tasty treats. Prosciutto turns simple breadsticks into ghoulish-looking fingers. Serve them with the dip and a selection of crudit? such as carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 36 breadsticks
  • 18 slices prosciutto halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds (with skin)

Method

In bowl, combine cream cheese, pesto and pepper; transfer 1 tbsp to small bowl. Combine remaining mixture with yogurt; sprinkle with parsley. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)

Starting at 1 end of each breadstick, wrap prosciutto around top third. Using reserved cream cheese mixture, secure almond slice onto tip of wrapped end. Serve with dip.
