Rich Chocolate Sauce

Tested Till Perfect

Rich and creamy, this sauce will make you want to lick the spoon after serving it.

Servings: 1-1/2 cups (375 mL)

Preparation:

In small saucepan, bring cream and corn syrup to boil; remove from heat. Add bittersweet and milk chocolates; whisk until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 week; rewarm to liquefy.)
