Rich White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip
Rich and decadent but so tasty, this dip naturally complements fresh fruit. You'll need about 1 cup (250 mL) prepared fruit per person.

3 oz (90 g) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup (75 mL) 10% cream
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
2 tsp (10 mL) grated lime rind
1 tsp (5 mL) orange-flavoured liqueur or lime juice
Preparation:
In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with cream, stirring gently. Let cool to room temperature.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in lime rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days. Let stand at room temperature to soften.)
