Roast Beef and Tzatziki Panini

Shortcuts - Deli roast beef and prepared tzatziki sauce are ready to eat. - A panini or sandwich press creates a hot meal in minutes.

    4 panini buns
    1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared tzatziki
    8 oz (250 g) shaved rare roast beef
    2 tbsp (25 mL) sliced hot pickled peppers, roasted red pepper or onion

Preparation:

Cut buns in half; spread cut sides with tzatziki. Top bottom halves with roast beef and hot peppers; replace tops.

Place in sandwich press. Close lid and toast until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes. Or toast in skillet over medium heat, pressing with spatula and turning once, about 10 minutes. Cut in half.
