Roast Vegetable Mix
A gift from the kitchen is a creative and delicious way of showing love to friends and family. Toss this with vegetables to roast for a savoury side dish.
Servings: 2/3 cup (150 mL)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (125 mL) minced dried chives
2 tbsp (25 mL) dry mustard
2 tsp (10 mL) each dried rosemary and thyme
2 tsp (10 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In bowl, combine chives dry mustard dried rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Spoon into decorative container. (Make-ahead: Store at room temperature in dark place for up to 1 month.)
