Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes , halved2 2cups cupscherry tomatocherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 1tbsp tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1-1/2 1-1/2tsp tspbalsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/4 1/4tsp tspdried basil
- 1 pinch hot pepper flakes 1 1pinch pinchhot pepper flakes
Preparation
In 8-inch (2 L) square metal cake pan, toss together cherry tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, salt, basil and hot pepper flakes.
Roast in 400°F (200°C) oven until shrivelled, about 25 minutes.
