Let guests spread this on thick slices of warm baguette to dunk in the delicious seafood broth.
- 4 4heads garlic
- 1 tbsp 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspgranulated sugar
Trim tops off garlic to reveal cloves. Place on double thickness of foil; sprinkle cut sides with oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Wrap tightly; roast in 425°F (220°C) oven until tender, about 40 minutes.
