Roasted Tomato Wedges
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Cut each tomato into 8 wedges; place on rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in 400°F (200°C) oven until softened, about 15 minutes.
