From my friend Joy Gordon's brother Maurice comes this Jamaican-based pleaser. Look for strawberry syrup in the beverage section of the supermarket.
Ingredients
- 3 cups ginger beer
- 2 cups ginger ale
- 2 cups fruit punch
- 2 cups strawberry syrup
- 2 cups light rum
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp bitters
- Ice
Preparation
In punch bowl, stir together ginger beer, ginger ale, fruit punch, strawberry syrup, light rum, lime juice and bitters. Serve over ice.
