This is a favourite drink found all over the Florida Keys. Today, most bars operate a machine, which makes this frozen beverage easily accessible to thirsty visitors.
Servings: 4 to 6
Ingredients:

3 cups (750 mL) ice cubes
3/4 cup (175 mL) dark rum
3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen fruit punch concentrate
1/3 cup (75 mL) grenadine syrup
1/4 cup (50 mL) blackberry liqueur
1/4 cup (50 mL) cr?_de banane
Preparation:
In blender, blend together ice cubes, rum, punch concentrate, grenadine syrup, blackberry liqueur and cr? de banane until smooth.

Variation
Prohibition Punch: Omit rum, blackberry liqueur and cr? de banane. Add 1/3 cup (75 mL) each grape juice and water.
