2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
2 cups (500 mL) cherry or grape_tomatoes
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh parsley or chives
Preparation:
In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saut?arlic, salt and pepper until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; saut?ntil beginning to soften, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
