Ingredients:

2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
1 pkg (10 oz/284 g) fresh spinach, trimmed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
Preparation:
In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat together vegetable oil, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
