Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 tsp mild curry paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 bag (10 oz/284 g) fresh spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

In saucepan, heat  vegetable oil over medium heat; fry onion until softened, about 8 minutes. Add curry paste, garlic, minced, salt and cloves. Add  spinach stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
