Sautéed Spinach with Spices
Servings: 2 to 3
Ingredients:

1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) mild curry paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
Pinch ground cloves
1 bag (10 oz/284 g) fresh spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
Preparation:
In saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat; fry onion until softened, about 8 minutes. Add curry paste, garlic, minced, salt and cloves. Add spinach stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
