Organic red fife flour is available at most bulk food stores. If you can't find it, use graham flour.

  • 1 cup 1cupwater
  • 2 tsp 2tspliquid honey
  • 2 tsp 2tspfancy molasses
  • 1 tsp 1tspsalt
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspunsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups 2cupsorganic red fife flour or graham flour
  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupswhite bread flour
  • 1-3/4 tsp 1-3/4tspbread machine yeast
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspmillet
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspsunflower seedsunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp 2tbsphulled pumpkin seedpumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp 2tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspflaxseeds
To change the number of servings, enter the number, then press "calculate". or reset


Into pan of bread machine, place in order: water, honey, molasses, salt, butter, red fife flour, white bread flour and yeast. Set on Whole Wheat setting.

When “add ingredient” signal beeps, add millet, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and flaxseeds.
