Sesame Green Bean Stir-Fry
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry green beans for 2 minutes. Add water, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Cover and steam until beans are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
