Ingredients

    1 lb (500 g) lean ground_beef
    1-1/2 cups (375 mL) tomato_sauce
    1/2 cup (125 mL) Sloppy_Joe Mix

Preparation

In large nonstick skillet, saut?eef over medium-high heat, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce and Sloppy Joe Mix; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve on toasted kaiser buns.

Variation
Sloppy Giuseppe:
Add 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano. Replace beef with 1 lb (500 g) mild or hot Italian sausages, casings removed.
