Method

In slow cooker, combine prunes, garlic, paprika and salt; add pork roast. Pour in broth and port.

Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, about 8 hours.

Transfer pork to serving platter; tent with foil and let stand for 10 minutes before thinly slicing.

Strain sauce through fine sieve; skim any fat from sauce. Serve with pork.
