Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika or Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
