Smoked Souvlaki
A sandwich for supper? Why not - especially when the fixings for a satisfying meal are quick to put together.

Ingredients:

1 large pita bread
2 tbsp (25 mL) Easy Bean Spread
Lettuce
Smoked chicken, shaved
Cucumber and tomato, chopped
Red onion, diced
Yogurt
Preparation:
Halve pita bread to form pockets; spread insides with bean spread.
Line with lettuce. Stuff with chicken, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Top each with dollop of yogurt.
