A sandwich for supper? Why not - especially when the fixings for a satisfying meal are quick to put together.
- 1 1large pita breadpita breads
- 2 tbsp 2tbspEasy Bean Spread
- Smoked chicken, shaved
- CucumberCucumbers, chopped
- TomatoTomatoes, chopped
- Red onionRed onions, diced
Halve pita bread to form pockets; spread insides with bean spread.
Line with lettuce. Stuff with chicken, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Top each with dollop of yogurt.
