Pack flatbreads, crackers or vegetables to enjoy with this pat?ke spread once you arrive at your destination.

Servings: 2-1/2 cups (625 mL)

Preparation:

In food processor, blend trout, cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper until smooth. Add all but 2 tsp (10 mL) of the green onions; pulse just until blended. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.)

Scrape into serving dish; garnish with remaining green onions.
