Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream 1 1cup cupsour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill 2 2tbsp tbspchopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp milk 2 2tbsp tbspmilk
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind 1/2 1/2tsp tspgrated lemon rind

Preparation
in bowl, combine sour cream, fresh dill, milk, lemon rind, lemon juice and pepper.
