Slightly spicy mixed bitter greens, such as mizuna, arugula, endive, frisée and watercress, make an ideal backdrop for the vinaigrette's touch of sweetness, but you can use any combination of mixed greens.
Ingredients
- 8 cups 8cupsloosely packed mixed greens
- 1 1carrotcarrots, grated Maple Soy Vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp 2tbspvegetable oil
- 1 tbsp 1tbsprice vinegar
- 2 tsp 2tspsoy sauce
- 2 tsp 2tspmaple syrup
- 1 tsp 1tspsesame oil
Preparation
Maple Soy Vinaigrette: In large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil. Add greens and carrot; toss to coat.
