Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked  potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Preparation

In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, paprika, pepper, salt and green onions. Cook until golden, 5 minutes.
