This sophisticated punch is perfect for toasting at weddings. Add an ice ring to keep the punch cool.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 4cupssliced strawberrystrawberries
  • 2 2lemonlemons, sliced
  • 2 2limelimes, sliced
  • 2 2orangeoranges, sliced
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupgranulated sugar
  • 3 oz 3ozbrandy
  • 2 bottles (750 mL each) 2bottles (750 mL each)champagne or sparkling wine

Preparation

In punch bowl, stir strawberries, lemons, limes, oranges and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or for up to 1 hour. Stir in brandy and Champagne.
