4 cups (1 L) vanilla frozen yogurt
4 whole strawberries
Strawberry peach Sauce:
2 cups (500 mL) sliced peeled peaches or nectarines
1/4 cup (50 mL) granulated sugar
Pinch cinnamon
1 cup (250 mL) sliced strawberries
Preparation:
Strawberry Peach Sauce: In saucepan, bring peaches, sugar and cinnamon to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring gently once or twice, until peaches are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add sliced strawberries; let cool.
In 4 parfait glasses or bowls, alternately layer sauce with frozen yogurt. Garnish with whole strawberries.

Blueberry Raspberry Parfaits: Replace peaches with blueberries and sliced strawberries with raspberries.
Garnish with blueberries or raspberries.Sweet Cherry Berry Parfaits: Replace peaches with pitted sweet cherries. If desired, replace sliced strawberries with raspberries or blueberries. Garnish with cherries or berries.
