Suggested Recipes

1 tsp (5 mL) each grated gingerroot and liquid honey
1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated lime rind
3 tbsp (50 mL) lime juice
Pinch salt
2 cups (500 mL) each cubed peeled honeydew and cantaloupe melon
2 cups (500 mL) strawberry halves
2 tbsp (25 mL) shredded fresh mint
Preparation:
In large bowl, whisk together ginger, honey, lime rind and juice and salt. Add honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries and half of the mint; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 6 hours.) Garnish with remaining mint.
