This combination of cheese and smoked chicken is easy to whip up on a whim. Mustard helps hold these appetizer-size spirals together, but you could use picks.
Ingredients

- 16 deli slices (8 oz/250 g) smoked chicken 16 16 deli slices (8 oz/250 g) smoked chicken
- 16 thin slices (8 oz/250 g) Swiss cheese 16 16 thin slices (8 oz/250 g) Swiss cheese
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 3 3tbsp tbspDijon mustard
Preparation
On each crêpe, place 1 slice chicken; top with 1 slice cheese. Spread each with about 1/2 tsp (2 mL) mustard. Roll up crêpes tightly. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
(Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
Trim ends; cut crêpes crosswise into quarters; stand each upright or stack on platter.
