Tea Sandwich recipe: Curried Egg Salad
Servings: 1-2/3 cups (400 mL)
Ingredients:

8 hard-cooked eggs
1/3 cup (75 mL) light mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) dijon mustard
1/2 tsp (2 mL) mild curry paste
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
pinch salt
Preparation:
In bowl, finely chop eggs. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, curry paste, pepper and salt.
