  • 8 8hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cuplight mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp 1tspDijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspmild curry paste
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
  • 1 pinch 1pinchsalt

Preparation

In bowl, finely chop eggs. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, curry paste, pepper and salt.
