Tea Sandwich recipe: Curried Egg Salad
This recipe makes 3 1/2 cup (125 mL) servings
- Portion size: 1-2/3 cups (400 mL)
Ingredients
- 8 8hard-cooked eggs
- 1/3 cup 1/3cuplight mayonnaise
- 1 tsp 1tspDijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspmild curry paste
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
- 1 pinch 1pinchsalt
Preparation
In bowl, finely chop eggs. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, curry paste, pepper and salt.
