Tea Sandwich recipe: Ham Pickle Spread
This recipe makes 3 1/2 cup (125 mL) servings
- Portion size: 1-2/3 cups (400 mL)
Ingredients
- 12 oz 12ozBlack Forest ham, cubed
- 1/3 cup 1/3cupdrained sweet pickle relish
- 1/3 cup 1/3cuplight mayonnaise
- 2 tsp 2tspDijon mustard
Preparation
In food processor, pulse ham until consistency of coarse bread crumbs. Transfer to bowl. Stir in relish, mayonnaise and mustard.
