Tender Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

    4 baking potatoes (about 2 lb/1 kg)

Preparation:

Scrub potatoes and prick all over with fork. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven on rimmed baking sheet until tender, about 1 hour. (Or bake in 375°F/190°C oven until tender, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.Or microwave, uncovered, at High until tender, 12 to 15 minutes.)
