Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 pkg (125 g) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp sliced green onion
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
In food processor, purée cottage cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese; pulse until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese, onion, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; purée until smooth, scraping down side of bowl twice. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.)
Additional information :
Tip: You can thin the dip with more yogurt, adding 1 tbsp (15 mL) at a time until desired consistency.
