    1 cup (250 mL) cottage cheese
    1 pkg (125 g) cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp (15 mL) sliced green onion
    1 tbsp (15 mL) plain yogurt
    1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:

In food processor, purée cottage cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese; pulse until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese, onion, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; purée until smooth, scraping down side of bowl twice. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.)

Additional Information

  • Tip: You can thin the dip with more yogurt, adding 1 tbsp (15 mL) at a time until desired consistency.
