Serving this pitcher punch is a great way to welcome guests or to get the party started.
Ingredients
- 1 1mineola orange
- 1 1Cara Cara orange
- 1 1blood orangeblood oranges
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 4 oz 4ozcognac or brandy
- 2 bottles (each 750 mL) 2bottles (each 750 mL)cava or sparkling wine
- 4 cups 4cupsice cubes
Preparation
Quarter, slice and seed mineola, Cara Cara and blood oranges; place in pitcher or punch bowl. Stir in sugar and cognac; let stand for 1 hour.
Stir in sparkling wine; add ice cubes.
