A wisp of curry adds a flavour twist to an ever-popular classic.
Ingredients
- 8 slices whole wheat bread 8 8slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tbsp butter 1 1tbsp tbspbutter

Preparation
Toast bread; spread with butter.
Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together chicken, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry paste, salt and pepper. Spread over 4 of the toasted slices; sandwich with remaining slices.
