Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup toffee bits 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

In large bowl, beat butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.

Stir together flour, baking soda and sa< stir into butter mixture until combined. Stir in toffee bits and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded 1 tsp, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart, onto parchment paper–lined baking sheets. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven until golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on pan on rack for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool completely.
