This refreshing fruit-and-cream concoction makes a great centrepiece for a children's party or a backyard barbecue with tropical food. Although coconut allergies are very rare, make sure your guests know that the punch contains coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupspineapple juice
- 2 cans (each 355 mL) 2cans (each 355 mL)coconut milk
- 1 cup 1cupmango juicemango juice
- 1 cup 1cuppassion fruit juice
- 1/3 cup 1/3cuplime juice
- 3 cups 3cupslemon-lime soda, (such as 7Up or Sprite)
- 4 cups 4cupsice cubes
Preparation
In large bowl, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, mango juice, passion fruit juice and lime juice. Stir in lemon-lime soda; stir in ice cubes.
