This refreshing fruit-and-cream concoction makes a great centrepiece for a children's party or a backyard barbecue with tropical food. Although coconut allergies are very rare, make sure your guests know that the punch contains coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cans (each 355 mL) coconut milk 2 cans (each 355 mL) coconut milk
  • 1 cup mango juice 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 3 cups lemon-lime soda , (such as 7Up or Sprite)3 cups lemon-lime soda, (such as 7Up or Sprite)
  • 4 cups ice cubes 4 cups ice cubes

Preparation

In large bowl, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, mango juice, passion fruit juice and lime juice. Stir in lemon-lime soda; stir in ice cubes.
