Trout with Tahini Sauce
While the fish cooks, mix the tahini (a thick paste made from sesame seeds) with yogurt for an easy sauce in this 10-minute dish.

4 trout fillets (about 6 oz/175 g each)
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Tahini Sauce:
1/3 cup (75 mL) plain Balkan-style yogurt
2 tbsp (25 mL) each tahini and light mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch each salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Tahini Sauce: In bowl, whisk yogurt, tahini, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cayenne. Serve with fish.
