Ingredients
- 1 cup packed watercress leaves 1 1cup cuppacked watercress leaves
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise 3/4 3/4cup cuplight mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard 4 4tsp tspDijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 1tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 1 pinch salt 1 1pinch pinchsalt
Preparation
In food processor or blender, puree together watercress, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
