Watermelon Salsa

  • 1 cup 1cupseeded diced watermelonwatermelons
  • 1 1jalapeño pepperjalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 1green oniongreen onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp 2tbsplime juice
  • pinch pinchsalt and pepper


Toss together watermelon, jalapeño pepper, green onion, lime juice, salt and pepper.
