Wehani Rice
Wehani is an aromatic red whole-grain rice from northern California.

Ingredients:

2 cups (500 mL) Wehani rice
3 cups (750 mL) water
Preparation:
In saucepan, combine rice and water; bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low; cook until tender and liquid is absorbed, about 40 minutes. Let stand, covered and kept warm, for 15 minutes before serving.
