Yogurt Berry Ice Pops

These refreshing treats have no added sugar. Since they are made with yogurt, they are rich in bone-building calcium.

  • 2 cups 2cupsfrozen mixed berries
  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2cupsBalkan-style plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupcranberry cocktail
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspliquid honey

In blender, purée together frozen berries, yogurt, cranberry cocktail and honey until smooth. Pour into moulds; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
