These refreshing treats have no added sugar. Since they are made with yogurt, they are rich in bone-building calcium.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries 2 2cups cupsfrozen mixed berries
- 1-1/2 cups Balkan-style plain yogurt 1-1/2 1-1/2cups cupsBalkan-style plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup cranberry cocktail 1/3 1/3cup cupcranberry cocktail
- 2 tbsp liquid honey 2 2tbsp tbspliquid honey
Preparation
In blender, purée together frozen berries, yogurt, cranberry cocktail and honey until smooth. Pour into moulds; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
