Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Balkan-style plain yogurt 1-1/2 1-1/2cups cupsBalkan-style plain yogurt
- 4 tsp liquid honey 4 4tsp tspliquid honey
Preparation
Line sieve with 2 layers of cheesecloth or 1 layer of paper towel. Pour in yogurt; let stand to drain and reduce to about 1 cup (250 mL), about 2 hours. For thicker consistency, drain in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir in honey.
