Coated in a sweet chili mixture, this snack of mini-brains keeps guests happy when they first arrive at the party. It also makes a great grab-bag treat to send home with the zombies.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups popped corn 12 cups popped corn
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Place popcorn in extra-large bowl; set aside.

In small saucepan, bring butter, sugar, chili powder and salt to simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook, stirring, until smooth, about 2 minutes. Immediately pour over popcorn; toss to coat.
