Hi,


I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control my weight. Can anyone help me?

Are you trying products that you purchase yourself, or have you been to the doctor?
There are a few options your doctor can prescribe for you, and I wish I could remember their names. One I was prescribed was very good, and had no side effects on me (except for my pocketbook!).
I would suggest you see your doctor, and he/she can determine what suppliment might work best for you.

Your concern for your body and potential side effects is absolutely understandable - most of the health problems today are associated with obesity. And the majority of products and diets today do have unwelcome side effects. Always use products which are recognized by an authorized company. One which I can suggest you try is the Access Bars from Melaleuca. A good exercise plan combined with a healthy diet Smile Only side-effect I experienced was weight loss and a better quality of life!

In addition, a good personal trainer (even using one that sends your programs via email), tasty protein powder, Juice Plus vegetable and fruit supplements and essential fatty acids helped me to achieve my weight loss goals.

I'm pretty convinced that this is the only 'safe' method of weight loss. There isn't a pill out there that will do it for you. In addition to weight loss, by using exercise and a healthy diet you improve your heart, lungs, immune system, quality of life, mood and likely the length of your life as well!

It's a difficult question to answer because some products have side effects for some people -- but not others! The best way to find what works for you is to try a few things, and see how it goes.

But I'm not a fan of weight loss products at ALL. I think the research has proven over and over again that permanent weight loss is about a healthy, fit lifestyle and good eating habits.

I'm reading a book called The Skinny on Losing Weight Without Being Hungry by Dr Louis Aronne -- and I LOVE it. He's got tons of practical tips for tapping into your hunger and controlling what you eat without having to buy stuff.

For instance, before you eat you should rate your hunger on a scale of 1 to 10. One means your tummy is stuffed and you can't eat anything else, and 10 is when you're starving for food. Don't eat if you're at a 5 or less!

I love this tip, and I was able to use it immediately. When I want to eat potato chips, chocolate, or gummy bears, I'm never above a 5....and now I'm more likely to not eat that stuff (which, by the way, leads to more cravings of the same crappy food).

Anyway -- good luck with your weight loss. I know how hard it is.

I've used Isagenix - a nutritional cleansing system for the past 2 1/2 years. I lost 20 lbs in just over two months and I've kept using the products ever since. Isagenix has helped me reduce three dress sizes and feel better than I have in my adult life! (I'm now 50!) The only side effects are good ones - abundant energy, clear thinking, ability to handle stress better, optimistic attitude towards life, better quality sleep and the tools to maintain my optimal weight!

I don't think doctors are the right experts to ask about weight loss. This is not their area of expertise - drugs, surgery and diagnostic tests are.

I leave a tall class of water by my bed each night ...the first thing I do in the morning is drink it down ... saves alot of calories.

I eat 100 calories worth of food every hour for 15 hours of the day.

When I shop I take a few biscuits with me to satisfy the appetite.

I was the queen of suckers when it came to pills ..ever notice that they say to drink alot of water each day ...if you drink alot of water each day you will lose as much as when you combine it with some pills

Soup that very hot...Having soup all the time can help for losing weight especially soup with ginger on it. Every one wants to loose weight but not me, is other way around.For me is hard to gain weight, I ate lots but nope... 1.My observation on me because I like soup, soup is my favorate not cold or warm I want soup that very hot.. 2.If your active I mean ...me, i'm busy doing this doing that so even I eat lots instead of gaining I keep loosing weight.To those wants to loose weight you dont need to take any thing.Lots of stuff that you can do like exercise....take your wife or husband or kids for walk or dogs, ...dont want to go...at home, if you can dance... dance for one hour this is a very good exercise too and so on... Use your stair for less 5 min. 3x a day going up and down up and down..play basbet ball , tennies, bad mitton with your kids or with your friends just keep doing this lets see in a couple months if you still the same. Thank you!

I do not think that there is a magic pill or formula for dropping those unwanted pounds. I myself have been overweight, I tried everything from weighltloss pill to dieting but nothing really work for me. Good thing I heard of Christopher Guerriero from a friend and he offers effective advise on how to lose those unwanted pounds in a healthy way.

I've been using PGX and have found it quite effective. Those huge capsules fill me up so I eat less. I especially appreciate it in the evenings when I find I have a tendency to snack too much! I just take three or four before supper and then don't need to snack. So far I've lost 20 lbs. since Aug. without increasing my exercise too much as I have arthritis in every joint in my body. It works for me.
