Stickers
Mark your exercise days with these helpful stickers.

Materials:
Standard full-page sticker paper (white or clear)
X-ACTO knife or scissors
Metal-edged ruler
Cutting mat
Sticker design (click here to download the PDF)

Instructions:
1. Print the stickers onto sticker paper. Set aside to dry completely.
2. Place the cutting mat beneath the sticker sheet. Using the X-ACTO knife and the ruler as your guide, trim the white areas away from the stickers.
3. Decorate your papers and envelopes.
