Write in all the foods that you consume on daily and weekly basis using this handy food journal. Or, use it to plan your meals for the upcoming week.

Materials:
Standard paper, such as HP Premium Inkjet Paper
Scissors
Glue, double-sided tape, or spray adhesive
Weekly journal pages (click here to download the PDF)

Instructions:
1. Print journal pages on paper. Set them aside to dry completely.
2. Trim pages to size.
3. Attach the two pages, back to back, using glue, double-sided tape, or spray adhesive.
4. Fold along vertical lines to create accordion-style folds. This will make the journal compact and easy to carry anywhere.
5. Fill in your journal to keep track of your food intake or plan your menu.
