Fingerling Potato

Also finger potato. As its name implies, this is a finger-shaped potato, usually only 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.5 cm) long, which comes in a large number of varieties and colors and is generally lower in starch. Fingerling potatoes are considered very flavorful and can be prepared in any number of ways, from roasting to grilling to boiling.
