Focaccia

From the Latin focus, meaning "hearth", differing from pizza because it goes through a second rising. Focaccia is, to a large extent, thicker than pizza, often with toppings of little more than sea salt, olive oil and fresh herbs. "Dimpling" the dough before it's baked traps tasty little pools of oil.
