Lunch Meat

Cooked, prepared meat mixtures, such as macaroni and cheese loaf (containing ground beef and pork) or Spam, often sold sliced for sandwiches. One such lunch meat, baloney, may be fried for either breakfast, lunch or dinner in Newfoundland - and, in a pinch, a large loaf or roll can stand in for Sunday roast.
