Old Bay Seasoning

A brand-name dry seasoning mix made by McCormick & Company of Baltimore, Maryland, used traditionally as a garnish or flavoring for steamed Chesapeake Bay crabs and seafood. It's a well-guarded secret blend of more than 12 spices and herbs, but the company does reveal that it includes celery seeds, bay leaves, dry mustard, red pepper and ginger.
